Regulating flow
The central air conditioning electronic expansion valve controls the opening of the valve by sensing the change of refrigerant superheat at the outlet of the evaporator through the temperature sensing bag, so as to adjust the refrigerant flow into the evaporator and make the refrigerant flow in the copper pipe match the heat load of the evaporator. When the heat load of the evaporator increases, the opening of the electronic expansion valve of the central air conditioner will also increase, that is, the refrigerant flow will also increase. On the contrary, the refrigerant flow will decrease.
Control superheat
The central air conditioning electronic expansion valve has the function of controlling the superheat of the refrigerant at the outlet of the evaporator. This function of controlling the superheat can not only ensure the full utilization of the heat transfer area of the evaporator, but also prevent the compressor from being damaged by liquid hammer during suction, so that the central air conditioning compressor has a longer service life.
Throttling and depressurization
The electronic expansion valve of central air conditioner can change the refrigerant saturated liquid at normal temperature and high pressure into refrigerant liquid at low temperature and low pressure, and produce a little flash gas. The pressure is reduced, and then the purpose of absorbing heat to the outside is realized, and the heat absorbed in the room can be accurately measured.
Control evaporation level
